Yoga

For some this is sport, for some - spiritual teachings, for some relaxation and peace of mind. 

However, yoga is something more. It is a lifestyle and mindset, the work and recreation, sore muscles and calm mind.

Yoga is for everybody, but it will choose you when the time comes. 

If you want to practice only asanas (yoga postures), you will look like Western man on the picture. Besides, without knowing right breathing techniques and precise entering and exit from asana, you may even harm your body. That is why it is not very good idea to practice yoga on your own.

It is thought that western people are not able to fully understand philosophy of yoga, since you need to be born in India to be yogi, live on the energy of the Sun and don't be bothered with earthly life.

If you think so, you are just lazy or stupid not ready for the specific experience and knowledge.

Don't go to yoga if: 
1. All your friends are doing it and you don't want to be an outcast.
2. You want to stretch your muscles.
3. You want to "pump" your muscles.
4.You want to be flexible (better choose gymnastics or something).
5. You want to walk on broken glass.
6. You want to walk on hot coal.
7. You want to stand on your head.

Go to yoga if:
1. You want to own your mind.
2. You want to be healthy and fit.
3. You want to feel harmonious.
4. You want to control your body.
5. You want to feel the energy.
6. You want to train your patience. 
7. You want to change your life.
