They say, you are not a Raw foodist if you are eating raw less then a year. Since I'm not even close to a month, I will need some guidelines which will help me to enjoy this lifestyle. Low Fat Raw Vegan diet is basically not a diet, it's a lifestyle. It means, although food and nutrition has a crucial role, it it very important to live healthy:
1. Enough calories (at least 10 grams of carbohydrates per each kilo of weight)
2. Green salad and vegetables in the evening
3. Workouts and exercising
4. 8 hours of sleep
5. No alcohol
6. No coffee
7. Drinking enough water (1-2 liters)
